Her Path Forward | Mentorship Programs for 7th and 8th Grade Girls

Her Path Forward was founded by Cynthia Castle, an accomplished organizational leadership professional, mentor, and community leader dedicated to women's empowerment and nurturing the next generation of confident women leaders.

Cynthia Castle earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis. She currently works at Eli Lilly & Company, where she supports global project management and cross-functional collaboration initiatives. Prior to joining Lilly, she specialized in Organizational Change Management, helping enterprise and Fortune 500 clients navigate transformational initiatives at Appirio–Google Cloud.

Beyond her professional leadership experience, Cynthia has actively engaged in various mentorship programs and community leadership roles throughout Indianapolis. She serves on the Board of the Indianapolis Propylaeum, is a participant on the Women United Steering Committee through United Way of Central Indiana, and mentors a young girl through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. Additionally, Cynthia is First Aid certified, a former Girl Scout leader, and a devoted mother.

Cynthia's vision for Her Path Forward is grounded in the belief that leadership development for women should start early—before self-doubt, fear, and societal pressures undermine confidence and voice. Through her personal experiences and professional studies, Cynthia Castle has witnessed the transformative power of mentorship programs, encouragement, and leadership development on young women during their formative years.
